For the ultimate Darwin lunch or sunset experience, board the Snubfin at either Stokes Hill or Cullen Bay for an exhilarating ride on Darwin Harbour to an exclusive beach location.
The destination varies dependent on Darwin’s extreme tide, which has a range of up to 8 metres! You might get lucky with the Fannie Bay Sandbar, or Bollard Beach at historic East Point, or Mica Beach which has been home to the saltwater people for generations gone by.
A delightful alfresco restaurant is created with tables, chairs and umbrellas, providing a unique venue with unsurpassed harbour views. Lunch provided is within a Japanese bento box. For this “beach bento” you get to choose between prawns caught in the seas north of the Tiwi Islands, or roasted chicken, or a healthy vegetarian alternative. Your choice of a chilled beer, wine or soft drink compliments the meal. Additional drinks are available at bar prices.
Indulge in the solitude of your location before heading back to with the cooling breeze on your face and the panorama of the harbour. The Snubfin is a state of the art, fast, all weather vessel. It is fully equipped with toilet and hand-washing facilities, and can load over the bow for beach access.
