Sea Darwin began in 2008 with a mission to showcase the Top End’s coastal environment in a way that fosters understanding and connection with this remarkable part of Australia. In late 2023, Sea Darwin was acquired by Tiwi Enterprises, a 100% Indigenous-owned, not-for-profit business, and now proudly operates as Sea Darwin – Sea Tiwi.
Sea Darwin – Sea Tiwi has been the recipient of multiple Tourism NT Brolga Awards, an Australian Tourism Award, and an NT Seafood Council Environment Award. We continue to uphold the best practices that have earned these accolades.
